GET Ready for Math and Science Conditional Scholarship
The GET Ready for Math and Science Conditional Scholarship is a scholarship for eligible Washington State students with top math and science test scores beginning with the high school class of 2010. It is funded through a private-public partnership with the state of Washington. Students are selected by CSF for up to four years of tuition not to exceed the annual cost of resident undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees at the University of Washington if they promise to go into the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and work at least three years in their field after graduation. The scholarship is a partnership of the Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board (HECB), the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the College Success Foundation. Special thanks to corporate donors -- Boeing, Costco, Puget Sound Energy, Sabey Construction, Washington Trust Bank, and Avista – for providing private matching dollars.
